BLUE FOOD EP

Studio portraits and music video documentation for Lou Lyons' Blue Food, a solo project rooted in his Tobago upbringing. Named after the ground provisions central to Tobagonian life, the EP is a map of the island told through its villages, coastlines, and traditions. Tracks like "Castara," "Pembroke," and "Heritage" pay homage to the places that shaped him, from the sea that's always present in Pembroke to the dirt oven bread and Thursday night bonfires of Castara.
This collection includes studio sessions and work from the "Castara" music video shoot, documenting an artist tracing what it means to be Tobagonian through sound.
